Coaching is a collaborative relationship based on guided conversation that seeks to help you gain awareness about yourself and find solutions for life improvement, whether that’s in organization, time management, or productivity.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching takes place as a 50-minute guided conversation in which we work together to meet your goals. During the coaching session, you'll build awareness around your strengths and challenges, design actions to improve your life, and review the outcomes toward your overall goals.

​

Coaching sessions meet four times a month at a set time each week via video conferencing or phone. The monthly fee is $395, due in advance. There is no ongoing monthly commitment required, but most people begin to see the benefits of coaching after 2-3 months of sustained effort.
